My weekly movement classes offer a space to practice doing what you need for yourself, without needing to do it alone. I love the community of these online group classes, which I offer on a pay-what-you-choose basis so that anyone can join regardless of ability to pay.
Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) practices are facilitated using invitational language, offering choices for each movement, and inviting awareness of internal experience. I offer 1:1 sessions online, and collaborate with organizations to offer TCTSY to groups.
