The Welcome Series is a five-week introduction to my approach to offering a group movement practice. Beyond that, my hope is that this series will give you a foundation for building or continuing a regular movement practice, whether on your own or in group classes.
I love the community of our online group classes, which I offer on a pay-what-you-choose basis so that anyone can join regardless of ability to pay. My weekly movement classes offer a space to practice doing what you need for yourself, without needing to do it alone.
