Movement can be tremendously healing, in so many ways. The Moved to Heal podcast offers movement practices grounded in a trauma-informed approach, making them a useful compliment to deep healing work, as well as a comfortable space for anyone to take a break from a stressful day.
I share meditation practices on Esther's Everyday Meditation podcast. You'll find over 300 episodes recorded between 2018 and 2021 offering practices using in the ISHTA "kriya meditation" style. Each new practice gets its own "how to," so that newcomers and repeat listeners alike can feel at home.
To maintain your health, you have to ask yourself: "how can I deal with what's going on today?" Some days it might be a breathing exercise, and some days it might be a vigorous practice, but having a totality of the practice -the diversity of ways to combat stress- is important. And you really do that: you incorporate the whole package into your lessons.
