Love Your Moves
Making movement part of your life means looking forward to moving within what you can do now. If you're working with a long-standing injury or condition, or living with chronic pain, that looks very different than when you feel "normal". In Love Your Moves we learn what causes pain and what creates space for healing both from a scientific lens and through personal experience. Course size is limited so that each student gets personalized attention.
