Mov/ed Flow

Vinyasa Yoga, Sundays 9:45am
My vinyasa yoga classes invite you to take a pause to move, breathe, and do exactly as you need for the hour. 

We all benefit from setting aside the time to practice and the community of sharing that time together. As in all my teaching, I encourage you to make choices that best suit your practice throughout class. 

This 70 minute class starts with simple movements on breath and continues with flow sequences at a steady pace. 

Class is open to all levels of experience and ability.

Yoga, Sundays 11am
Mov/ed Yoga Slow is designed to help you build deep awareness through accessible movement and breathing practices. 

This 70 minute class spends more time with fewer practices, and doesn't include any quick transitions to or from the floor. 

Class is open to all levels of experience and ability.

SIGN UP FOR WEEKLY CLASS UPDATES

Each week, I send out a class reminder the day before. I give you a heads up on special topics for class, as well as along the zoom link and payment info.

LET ME KNOW YOU'LL BE JOINING

When you're sure you intend to join class, reply with a quick note to let me know. This helps me to plan better! It also gives you a place to let me know when you're working with special considerations. That said, it's not a required step. Last-minute decisions are welcome here!

PAY WHAT YOU CAN

There's a "donate" link in the class reminder emails. Donations support my teaching and make it possible for me to continue to offer classes. When you're able to pay for class, you can use that link to pay what you can.  When not, don't sweat it!

I keep my classes small so that everyone can, if they choose, get to know everyone, even just by sharing the same practices. Ours is a judgment-free space, and connecting via zoom means you have control over just how much to show or voice on a given day.
