All of my teaching holds space for you to adapt the offering to fit what you need or feel safe doing. This and other aspects of my approach stem from a few learnings that have resonated deeply in my experience:
- movement practice is useful when it "meets you where you are"
- healing happens through safety and agency
- we all have the capacity for healing
