EVERYDAY MEDITATION PODCAST: EPISODE #389

Listen to "Ep 389 - Gentle Movement Practice" on Spreaker.

What’s in this episode?
I guide you through a simple, gentle movement practice that is great to do before meditation!

What's it good for?
A little movement before meditation can help to ease away stiffness or tension that makes sitting still uncomfortable. Perhaps even more helpful, steady, gentle movement can calm your mind and begin the journey of turning your attention inward. So if you find meditation intimidating or it's always difficult to calm your mind, I highly encourage you to try this movement sequence before meditation!
