This library provides examples of the forms and movements on the Moved to Heal podcast, which I hope is useful if you are unfamiliar with the forms by name. Please know that no image is meant to represent a singular or ideal way to practice a form or movement.

Standing Form also known as Goddess Squat, Sumo Squat

 

Some Form Options
  • Feet any width apart, turned out any amount
  • Torso upright or tilted forward

 

Some Movement Options
  • Squat and lift
  • Move the arms through any pathway, such as lift and lower or open and close
