Standing Form also known as Goddess Squat with Side Bend, Sumo Squat with Side Bend

 

Some Form Options
  • Arms down or up or forward
  • Face out or face the leg

 

Some Movement Options
  • Alternate sides once or several times
  • Move the arms with the side bend or in circles
