This library provides examples of the forms and movements on the Moved to Heal podcast, which I hope is useful if you are unfamiliar with the forms by name. Please know that no image is meant to represent a singular or ideal way to practice a form or movement.

Seated Single Leg Fold

Seated Form also known as Head to Knee Form

 

Some Form Options
  • Torso lean with head up or round forward
  • Arms wherever they feel comfortable or support you

 

Some Movement Options
  • Bend and straighten extended leg
  • Fold and lift torso
  • Turn the head side to side
