Seated Form also known as Back Body Stretch Form

 

Some Form Options
  • Legs bent or straight
  • Torso lean with head up or round forward

 

Some Movement Options
  • Fold and lift the torso
  • Point and flex the feet
  • Bend and straighten the knees
