This library provides examples of the forms and movements on the Moved to Heal podcast, which I hope is useful if you are unfamiliar with the forms by name. Please know that no image is meant to represent a singular or ideal way to practice a form or movement.

Some Form Options
  • Back knee bent or straight
  • Hand on floor or arm reaching across thigh

 

Some Movement Options
  • Open and close one arm
  • Lift and lower the back knee
  • Look side and look center
