This library provides examples of the forms and movements on the Moved to Heal podcast, which I hope is useful if you are unfamiliar with the forms by name. Please know that no image is not meant to represent a singular or ideal way to practice a form or movement.

Standing Form also known as Chair Squat, Squat

 

Some Form Options
  • Feet and legs together or any distance apart
  • Arms down or forward or overhead

 

Some Movement Options
  • Sit and stand
  • Move the arms through any pathway, such as forward and backward
  • Look side to side
