This library provides examples of the forms and movements on the Moved to Heal podcast, which I hope is useful if you are unfamiliar with the forms by name. Please know that no image is meant to represent a singular or ideal way to practice a form or movement.

Seated Form also known as Boat, Boat Form

 

Some Form Options
  • Keep feet on the floor
  • Hold on to the legs

 

Some Movement Options
  • Lift and lower the legs or arms while balancing
  • Straighten and bend the legs while balancing
  • Lean back and lift up
