  • Stand in any way you like
  • Lift the arms narrow or wide

 

Some Movement Options
  • Move the arms through any pathway to lift any amount
  • Keep the stance still or move in the legs, such as walking or moving into a lunge
  • Add a movement of the torso to the arm movement, such as a twist
