Standing Form also known as One-legged Forward Fold, Warrior Three

 

Some Form Options
  • Lift the back leg and tilt the torso forward any amount
  • Arms by your sides or out or forward

 

Some Movement Options
  • Tilt and lift
  • Move the arms in any way, such as forward backward or out and in
