What’s in this episode?

In this week's movement episode, I'm offering moves from seated and standing, an inviting you to notice feeling in the torso.

Moves on offer

From seated:

  • torso rounding / backbending (cat/cow)
  • torso side bend (lean to the side)
  • torso twist (turn to the side)

From standing:

  • roll down and back up (spine round + un-round)
  • side bend (lean to the side)
  • twist (turn to the side)


Focus on offer

I invite you to notice whether there is feeling or sensation in your torso (chest, upper back, waist, lower back, belly).

Integration suggestion

After listening to the episode, perhaps take a moment to check in: did you notice something that you want to remember? If yes, maybe record a voice memo or jot it down in a notebook to help you remember.
