All of my teaching holds space for you to adapt the offering to fit what you need or feel safe doing. This and other aspects of my approach stem from a few deeply held beliefs/learnings:
  • movement practice is useful when it "meets you where you are"
  • healing happens through safety and agency
  • we all have the capacity for healing
Below are descriptions of my in-person yoga classes, in which folks with all variation of ability and familiarity are welcome. You can also learn more about my online classes here.

Mov/ed Steady

Mondays 5:30pm at Middlebury Fitness
The Mov/ed Steady yoga class is designed to help you build deep awareness through accessible movement and breathing practices.

This 60 minute class spends more time with fewer practices, and doesn't include any quick transitions to or from the floor.

Classes are open to members of MiddFitness. I welcome members folks entering with all variation of ability and familiarity to join!

Beginner Series

Coming in January 2022!
Thursdays 5:30pm at Otter Creek Yoga
6 week series of classes introducing common yoga forms,  movements, and concepts. 
Free preview class on January 20, 2022
6 week series begins January 27, 2022

Following the series, I'll begin teaching an ongoing weekly class at the same time on Thursdays (5:30pm) for all levels of experience and ability.
Registration and full details will be on the Otter Creek Yoga website in December 2021.
