Mov/ed Steady

Mondays 5:30pm at Middlebury Fitness
The Mov/ed Steady yoga class is designed to help you build deep awareness through accessible movement and breathing practices.

This 60 minute class spends more time with fewer practices, and doesn't include any quick transitions to or from the floor.

Classes are open to members of MiddFitness. I welcome members working at all levels of experience and ability to join!
