Find Me in Here was a venture back into "group dance". I built a cohesive group work through the unique movement signatures of five dancers. Our conversations and their movement choices provided the starting point for a joint adventure from individual identity to group identity and back again. I asked the dancers such questions as: Who am I within and without a group? Can my name identify me to others?

The dancers are Hsieh Hsiao-Wei, Hsieh Hsiao-Ting, Sarah Lehman, Chelsea Retzloff, and Anna Wueller. We performed in Astoria parks in Summer 2009 and at Green Space on August 29-30, 2009.
